Roy Harris will be teaching a hands on woman’s self-defense seminar at  So-Cal Martial Arts Center​, 5080 Bonita Rd, Bonita, CA 91902 on Saturday, August 29, 2015, from 12pm to 2pm. The cost will be $25.
