I got my hands on Erik Paulson’s CSW Striking DVD awhile back and finally got around to checking the DVD out. The content is outstanding! CSW Striking is divided up into 4 sections covering focus mitt training, Thai pad training, boxing drills, and a bonus feature. The striking drills (25 in all) are the meat and potatoes of video and I can’t wait to incorporate these drills into my game. GET ERIk PAULSON’S CSW STRIKING!
