The Stronghold San Diego Crossfit and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will be hosting a 2 day seminar on December 5-6 with 4x BJJ World Champion Rubens “Cobrinha” Charles. While I have not trained at Stronghold, I hear great things about the group! They are are affiliated with Roy Harris so they must be top notch Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practioners and instructors.
